BAYTEX
Baytex 1000 is a versatile insecticide, which can also be used to control adult mosquitoes and files in outdoor locations (Spray 15ml/1000 sq. meters after diluting in 20 liters of water). For spot treatment against fly maggots dilute 20-30 ml in l liter of water and spray over 20 Sq. meters.
Baytex is effective in breeding places, even where organic pollution is high.
Baytex is a larvicide used to kill mosquito larvae at an extremely low concentration of 0.1 ppm.
It has a relatively low toxicity for human beings and other mammals.
At the concentration required for controlling mosquito larvae, Baytex is harmless to fish.
Baytex offers excellent control of mosquito larvae of all species.
BI-LARVE 25WP
Contains Diflubenzuron as the Technical ingredient which acts by interfering with the formation of Cuticle on the Body surface resulting in death of the insect within 24-48 hrs.It has a very low toxicity to mammals,fish and birds and it is non carcinogenic. It is recommended by WHO WHOPES, NIMR,NICD and VCRC
Application Method:
HABITAT- DOSAGE RATE PER HECTARE.*
Clear Surface Water - 200 Gms
Polluted Surface Water- 400 Gms
Sewage Pits,Soak Pits,Septic Tanks- 4 grams/ 1000 lits Water.
*200 Lits of Spray Solution is required to Cover One Hectare area.
ACTELLIC
Actellic containing the tested, proven Primiphosmethyl 50EC is fully endorsed by WHO division of control of tropical diseases. It is tested as an effective larvicide by NVBDCP, NIMR, NICD and VCRC and registered by CIB as mosquito larvicide and insecticide against storage pest. Actellic is a potent killer at a comparatively lower dosage. It is effective against insect strains resistant to other products & advocated as an alternate to overcome resistance by institutes like London school of hygiene.
Actellic 50EC is a 50% EC formulation of Primiphosmethyl, invented by Syngenta (Formerly known as Zeneca ICI).
Actellic has undergone a full study and is awarded the WHO Certificate for use as Mosquito Larvicide as well as Space Spray , to Control Epidemic Situations.
In India Actellic has Undergone full study by ICMR( Indin Council for Medical Research) institutes against Vectors both in Clean and polluted Waters.
It is recommended and used under NVBDCP(National Vector Borne Diseases Control Program)@20ml in 10 Litres of Water to cover 500Sqmts of water surface on a weekly basis.It is Comparatively a Safer Product and it is advocated by the Technical Advisory Committee of Ministry of Health to overcome the Resistance Factors if any over the Organo-phosphorous Compounds.
Ministry of Food and Consumer Affairs, Govt of India, has recommended Actellic 50 EC against Store Grain pests/Post Harvest Treatments by Food Corporation of India,Central WareHousing Corporation,State Warehousing Corporation and Other Warehousing Facilities.
Food Ministry is recommending Actellic 50EC @ 0.50%[ie] 1 Litre of Actellic dissolved in100 Litres of Water,to make the Insecticide Solution and 3 litres of this Solution is to be used to Cover 100Sqmts on a Fort nightly Basis.
It is available in 1Litre pack, which is easy to handle.
Application Method:
Mix 20ml of Actellic 50EC in 10 Ltr of water to cover 500 Sq. mts of water surface by a hand sprayer on weekly basis.
